If a person would like to do some training online, there are three day Online Phlebotomy Certification classes consisting of two days online and on the third day, the group comes together to complete the class in an 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. class time. This is also an excellent course to obtain continuing education units (CEUs) when they are needed. To take these courses one must have a high school diploma or GED.
